[CLIENT] People being online, when they aren't

OK, so i'm making a lobby to start a game and notice 2 of my housemates are "in queue" and online. trouble is, neither of them is home, they're both at work and neither of their computers are on! So unless they are being miscreants and playing league at work, (which they cant because they don't have computers at work) or they're have severe hacking issues. It's not the first time this has happened either. its been happening since the latest patch (5.19.15_08_25_18_39)
