Garen's ult bug

Check the link to see Garen ult bug. Riot have fixed this before and this bug roll-backed with the re-make. Unfortunately Riot neglected this bug more than 8 months (patch 5.16 note 2015/8/26) http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-516-notes Prob they only care about designing new champs rather than present champs problems.
