Game crashed, can't play anymore!

So today it happened 2 times in ranked games.

In the first I lost the game, but somehow the server went down exactly when we're turned back to the lobby. After few minutes the game canceled, it didn't appear in match history and my LP is still like before the match. The second time, and this happens a lot actually: After picks and bans, when the loading screen appeared I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/2zX2M9o.png It has been 3 hours since then and this still appears to me. WTF is this? I can't play, I just watch at that. Tried client restart, Windows restart, spamming the retry and so on. The firewall isn't the cause, I created exceptions for LoL.

Please fix this bug because is very annoying!
