Not a game-breaking bug, but it's annoying to always watch at while in game. The circle over the champion icons / avatars in the HUD is pixelated after today's update and only if I press 'more stats' button it fixes for a few seconds.

L.E.: Now I see YouTube really fucked up the quality of the clip and there is almost no difference, but is in game. Rito, stop breaking stuff every time.
Having exactly the same problem. it doesnt affect the game but its really annoying. Solutions much appreciated.
jump on when the patch came out, played a few games and noticed the Lo-res pics. but also the ability pics were flickings.

I have the same exact issue and it took me a while to find this post. I also notice that when I hit tab to look at the scoreboard, it fixes the ability windows. My character portrait will sometimes look fine but it'll vary between fine and pixelated throughout the match.
