Karthus VO bugged

Karthus voice is currently bugged is that just for me ? bec all other champs are fine already tryed to repair it and reinstall both not successful. you cant hear any of his lines you can hear the sounds he is doing when he open his book or scream in his statue of karthus skin but otherwise silence
