[GAMEPLAY] Jhin W visual bug that hasn't been fixed since his launch!

https://youtu.be/JAL3bIH42Kw I've been a Jhin main since his inception and have seen this bug since he's been out. Not sure how it occurs, but, I can give as many details though. At some point during a given match when using the High Noon Jhin skin his 'w' 'marked' indicator will be permanently stuck on an enemy champion and won't go away. Seems to happen after a champion dies or enters the fog of war. No sure fire way to replicate. But, is almost always sure to happen when using High Noon Jhin. This used to occur on the base skin as well way earlier in Jhin's career as a champion. This makes it extremely frustrating to know whether or you are able to root a given target. This bug hasn't happened on any other skins besides High Noon during the current or even recent patches dating back almost 1-2 years. P.S. High Noon is one of my favorite skins but I can't use it in ranked at all due to this bug!
