Client RP Counter Broken

So I've had this happen a few times already. Basically when I spend RP it magically stays the same. Bought a skin 5 minutes ago for 975 RP (prior to that i had 1854 RP). The confirmation message popped up and showed me the remaining amount and all that completely normally, but then I took a glance at my RP and saw I still had 1854 RP left.

However I tried to purchase a skin ( how cheeky of me I know :3 ) and Error showed up saying I can't buy it at this time. Wouldn't be a problem if I was able to buy cheaper skins ( bellow 879 RP ) but alas I can't do that neither.

I will wait and update this post as things develop.
