[Gameplay] When walking over Veigar's prepping stun wall, caused execute death to be a kill

Playing against a Veigar, a day or so ago (ARAM) I was walking to the nexus towers to get an execute, rather than a kill (yea, I'm one of those people). I thought I had successfully been executed after the final turret hit. Much to my surprise (and may I say dismay) I was not executed, but killed due to the stunwall's Status Effect.

If I would have been stunned, I would understand, and would have just said "dammit" and moved on. The problem is, I wasn't stunned. I walked over the wall, ever so carefully, while it was still prepping for the "hit", in hopes to evade the stun and get the execute. It seems I hit either a timing edge case, where the kill is granted due to me walking out of the stun, or I hit a different case where the stun wall's prep causes the "kill" condition with the status effect.

With most champions this wouldn't be as big of a deal, but I feel that with Veigar, it is a bit more important, due to his scaling on take downs. Hopefully this is enough info to test/verify this. Even more hopefully, this is just a fluke and I experienced packet loss making it look like I was out, even though I was actually stunned.

Veigar cage does 1 damage to everyone inside it, if it doesn't since the cage most often the not will not stun an opponent but trap him veigar would get not recognition for the assist and the cc provided. And that's why you didn't get executed and many other cc without damage does it (bard ult)
