[GAMEPLAY] Cannot self cast Bards W

That would probably be because it's placing a health shrine and not a targeted heal. I think you can only self cast a healing skill if it's targetted.

bard has the option to either cast a shrine at an empty space, or to outright heal people when they are targeted for the minimum heal value of a relic. I can confirm this is a significant bug that is 100% replicated by self-casting. In fact, you can't not replicate the bug lol.
