Bug caused my team to lose the game. FIX LOSS PREVENTION RIOT

I was playing Zoe in a ranked flex game and during a team fight a group of our clients all crashed. When the teammates and I reconnected triple inhibs were down. Best part is it did not get loss prevented. I have no idea what happened but in the middle of the fight when maokai ulted a large amount of people dced. And of course riots garbage system doesn't detect this and they win the game off of it in the middle of a comeback.
