Puslefire TF backing animation bug

So i can't paste a photo here so you'll just have to go into trainer to see what im talking about.

The pulsefire backing animation has a visual bug that has seem to go under the rug for 2 patches now. In the backing animtion there seems to be a problem with the image of where he is backing. the way it was before this bug was a smooth image that could be made out. This bug causes the skin to have an hourglass shape of the image making most unable to make out.

i know it's not like a game breaker but a bug is a bug, and this is a QUALITY skin.
