NA Match History - nonfunctional
Hello! My issue started a few days ago. When I attempt to view my match results online - http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/ - I am simply met with a bordered box devoid of any results. I am on the NA server, using Mozilla Firefox.
After some research, it seems that many other people have this problem, and it appears to go back for almost a year. The vast majority of people have not been able to find a solution - cases where the match history is restored appear to be the rare exception to the rule. I have tried all the advice I have found given to said other people, including:
- clearing my cache and cookies
- trying an incognito window
- using different browsers
- disabling AdBlock and antivirus software
- logging out and back in

I noticed that on one user's post, Targons Blade mentioned that Riot is aware of the problem and is investigating it. However, this was about 4 months ago, and I have not seen any posts since then reporting the problem solved, leading me to conclude that the fix is not out yet. Targons Blade also stated that other than the above workarounds, there does not appear to be a solution to the bug. With this in mind, I have more or less accepted my fate of being unable to view my match history unless and until a fix is released. So my question here is, does anyone have any new information on this bug or its fix? Does anyone know if there is an ETA date for the fix, or a workaround that works for them?
