game still cannot start after champion select

about a month ago I reported this bug and a week after that it worked for one day. the next day I tried a game again and it didn't load. I start a custom match to test if it has been fixed. I load up champion select and as the champion select finishes and the loading screen is supposed to appear the client says that I have left the game. I try to press reconnect but it doesn't work. I have redownloaded, restarted my computer but nothing works.
