[GLITCH] New glitch?

So recently, i have noticed that in a lot of the games I've played, an enemy can go missing for about 1 1/2 minutes, and then reappear with levels and items they shouldn't have, with their kda and cs being the exact same. The last game i had was against a jinx as the enemy adc. At about level 3 she killed me and my adc, (I'm a support) however it was separate and not a double kill. She left lane with 27 cs, 2 kills, and a doran's blade. She came back about a minute and a half later, and had a doran's blade, a bf sword, 4 health pots, 3 mana pots, and level 5. However, she hadn't been in any other lane, and still had 2 kills and 27 cs. This was at about 6 minutes in, and there was no possible way she should have had the items she did. When i brought it up in all chat she said "you mad?" and i said "yes, mad that you feel the need to glitch to win" and she replied with "good". I have had this happen many times but this was the first time i had all the details. Please respond and/or fix this glitch.
