7.7 Queue dodge bugs?

I was going into ranked 3v3's and i tabbed out to watch youtube while i waited for the queue to pop like normal, only to find the game had somehow hit accept for me and put me into lobby. it then proceeded to crash my client when i tried to access it, (a friend notified me while i was watching youtube that i needed to ban) and i was forced to close the client and relog. When i relogged i found a nice 30 minute wait timer even though i hadn't dodged any queue's or went afk in recent months.
