Glitched Champion Mastery Tokens

I added a Gyazo image of the game. I went 22/7/10 and achieved tier 5 with fizz that game. I also got a champion 6 mastery token. HOWEVER, It showed i only got an A+ for the game. My friends proceeded to tell me the chat said i got an S-, which i believed since i received the token. The next day, much to my dismay, i log in to find i had no mastery tokens for fizz and i'll have to get another one all over again.
