Definitely Not Dominion Spawn Glitch

I was unable to leave the fountain during the Definitely Not Dominion match and it has happened a few times now. Right clicking out of spawn does not work unless you click to capture and objective but once you click off it sends you back. Summoner spells and skills can still be used to get out of the base but once again clicking afterward turn you straight back into the fountain.
