Yasuo casts 3rd Q (tornado) into Jhin Jhin cast ult instantly when tornado hits him Jhin lands still channeling ult

• unable to shoot
• unable to move and stop ult
• basically stun for whole ult duration Ult runs out and gets reduced cooldown because no bullets were fired.
