Stuck on "Game is still in progress..."
Game window isn't opening.
Queue'd up for an ARAM.
My status says "In Game".
Not sure what to do

You have to kill the game in the task manager then reopen the client. Riot needs to fix this because everyone is complaining about it (Myself included. I lost quite a bit of LP because of this), but this is a solution you can do in the short term.
