[Gameplay] Zac E range not actually increased

I haven't completely tested it, but I have good reason to believe that Zac actually did not gain increased range at all.

Before this patch, Zac landed just AHEAD of his expanding indicator. Any Zac player will tell you that releasing when the indicator barely touches one raptor will launch Zac into the middle of all of them.

This patch though, Zac lands BEHIND his indicator. The difference between his landing relative to the indicator looks to be about 250, which would mean that his actual range wasn't increased, even though the indicator was.

Reproduction rate 100%.

I can't post screenshots of this because I don't have pre 5.16 comparisons.

Can this please get looked into?
