Profile Background in EUNE is bugged

Literally everyone else has your profile background. It's not a big problem but it's pretty annoying. My friends have the same issue.

yeah, it's been that way on euw for a while now too, riot probably wont feel like fixing it anytime soon bcs it's not something that actually has an impact on the games
