Sion Q stops working

Now that I have a little more time, I feel like I should clarify the issue a little more.

Just before I posted this (Saturday, October 25th, 2014) I was in a game, and had an issue with my Q working on Sion. The issue happened twice, and seemed like both times happened after my Q was interrupted by Crowd Control effects (I BELIEVE both times were by Ahri's Charm ability, but I am not 100% positive this was it, it could have been Thresh's Q or E as well on the second time)

After The first incident, I was forced to restart my game (Disconnected and then Reconnected, and that fixed the issue) And then the incident happened again, and I was going to reconnect again, but then we lost.

TL;DR Sions Q get's messed up after CC interrupts it, and will not work again until you reconnect to the game.
