cc stacking bug

sometimes when im hit by more than one cc at a time it somehow extends beyond the end of the duration. ive been noticing this for months and needs to be fixed. stun is the biggest example. i got ulted by both ashe and gnar. the bar indicating the cc duration ran out after the second stun was over and i was unable to flash or move for an extra second. this needs to be fixed very badly.

maybe the cc was chained and not stacked..?

either way, it lasted a full second longer than it should have.
