Client Needs to be Repaired twice in one week?

So for the past week I've had two different instances where when going into a solo queue game, as soon as I went to load in my game had crashed and then my client window would then mandate that it had to go into repair. This has been very frustrating since both its happened in about the same weeks time, and that both times its causing me some kind of repercussion in terms of my account, last time it was five games of low priority queue and this time it was the same, but I don't want the punishment to be worse should this happen again since its out of my control. Does anyone know why this may be happening and or what I should do about it? I thought this wouldn't occur again since the client was "repaired" last time but since this happened just now a second time, I see that's not the case.

After further inspection, it seems like the problem only occurs whenever there is a Jinx present, either on my team or the enemy team. I just tried going into a custom game as a Jinx and the same thing occurred. Anyone with help on this would be greatly appreciated. I did a full crash dump to look at if that's of use to anyone.
