chatrestriction and nexus siege dont work well together

just found out on this acc of mine that it has a cr which is weird but okay nothing too bad. but in nexus siege once you swap roles, you dont get any more messages. the game is supposed to give you one message every 4min, but only when the clock goes up. so lets say you defend for the entire 20min. after that you'd have to take 24min to kill their nexus (which isnt possible 20min is max) to get more messages.
