Katarina R Q and recall randomely stopped working (GAMEPLAY

Im not sure how or why this happened but I was playing katarina vs talon I was snowballing but after I hit my 6th kill (i was 6-0) my Q R and recall randomely stopped working. so far this has only happened once but I have seen other boards saying they have had the same problem with katarina and it appears to be a new gamebreaking bug riot plz investigate
