Range Indicator For Ziggs Is A Target Spell How Do I Fix

When I hover my mouse over the HUD or when press W without quickcast there is no hitbox only a target spell, was this an intended change or no? Because for all my other spells there is a circle display as usual but for w it is like a Ryze w. My friend tested this as well and it was the same for him so I am wondering if this was done on purpose and if so if the changes could be reverted. I have played Ziggs in the past and there was a circle before idk why there isnt one now.

P.S. The link has all 4 images of the range indicators of the spells, and you can see that the normal circle for the w is gone. Click First, Second, Third, and Fourth Image displayed above the image to navigate through the different pictures.
