[Nexus Blitz] Scuttlecrab despawning

Just played a game of Nexus Blitz where Scuttle Racing came up. The enemy had , , , , . Twitch and Azir killed our Scuttlecrab for the second time using auto attacks and sand soldiers, an announcement appeared saying Twitch had killed out scuttlecrab and scuttle never respawned. This then led to the enemy team getting massive shields for free, heavily contributing to our team losing.

I believe Twitch procced PTA on the scuttlecrab right before it died, which would line up with the above redditor's hypothesis.

Also, In the spectator interface, the bottom left stat box doesn't appear for the scuttlecrabs, preventing me from fully seeing if there was indeed three Press the Attack hits.
