Remake question

I was recently in a game as Kindred and had two players take a while to load. The first player eventually loaded in, but we saw no sign that the second player ever got into the game. No remake notification appeared that I'm aware of and first blood didn't occur to 5.5 minutes into the game. Is there a way you can track whether a player has entered a game and is just sitting AFK to troll, or whether they've actually disconnected and that game has just failed to notify the team? The game was likely not winnable anyways, but having to sit through 20 minutes of a 4v5 because one person didn't want to surrender is just irritating, especially considering the changes to Jungle that make it nigh impossible for a jungler whose behind and can't gank to catch up via farming.
