Queue accept screen not showing

As someone who goes through game episodes; (where I focus on one game til I'm sick of it then move to another and back and forth) I'm stuck on League. However as of 8 minutes ago I cannot accept queues. I have restarted my client and I still do not get the accept screen with the timer. This has led to me being punished with other timers and it's really frustrating because I wanted to play with my older brother who is currently across the country.
