Mastery Titles (Just a Small Problem)

So I have been using a lot of my IP into getting blue essence (of converting skin shards to the essence) to get mastery level 7 on a champion. And the message said something like "congratulations for getting mastery level 6", but I checked again afterwards and it showed level 7. So just a title problem.
