Influence Points won't disappear after buying an item/Insufficient IP/RP [Client]

Hey I'm experiencing problems with my IP/RP bar. For the past couple of days it's been bugging out on me, whenever I buy something like a Greater Mark of Attack Damage. My IP won't go down but remain the same. Also I kept track of my IP gain and I had sufficient IP for something but I kept getting the Insufficient IP/RP screen. I restarted my game multiple times and it's still happening. :/ Please help me fix this
