Randomly called in the game(client/crash)

so I log into the game and my client says that I am currently in a game even though I am not when I attempt to open up the game it dosen't open up an actual game and asks if a want to try reloading the gamepage but my client stays open just fine I have attempted to shut down reinstall and reopen my client however none of the above have worked
