[Gameplay] Resource bars sometimes don't load

This might be a bit of a toaster problem, but when games start, the game freezes for about 5 seconds (this has been happening since a couple patches ago), when the game actually starts, the resource bars in the bottom of the screen stay empty during the remainder of the game (the one over the champions' heads works normally). This is slightly annoying, but a fix would be nice. EDIT: Upgrading my toaster to an actual computer didn't solve the problem. Any help?
