Chat Problem

I've been having this problem since late patch 4.20, but it's occurring more on patch 4.21 than it was on 4.20. I can click Reconnect and occasionally it'll reconnect and Friends will function properly, but a lot of the times it's unable to reconnect, so I've forwarded all my ports for LoL to work properly and I've attempted a Reboot, Client Repair, and Modem Reset. I'm unsure what's causing the issue any thoughts?
