Crash after Loading

Hi everyone, I've been having this issue since Patch 4.20 where after the game finishes loading it'll attempt to launch into the game and I'll see Summoner's Rift, but none of the characters teleport in like they're suppose to and my client then crashes and I have to reconnect. Whenever I reconnect and load back in, the game never crashes again, but this usually puts me 30-60 seconds behind and it a real problem for the new Game Mode. I've tried some things that I've found on Google, like Client Repair, Fresh Install, and removing the Logitech dlls, but none of that seems to have fixed my issue. Originally I though it was an issue with the Borderless setting, but I've been able to reproduce this on both Fullscreen and Windowed. Hopefully, someone has some other suggestions.
