Promo failed due to ranked Que going down

So the title pretty much says it all. Last night I worked my way to my promos, had one free win and lost one game. I hadn't played or qued up for another ranked before the ranked que went down, when the ranked que went down last night I played one normal then stopped. When I logged on today and played a rank it had treated my undone promo as a loss and took LP off of me as well as obviously canceling my promos.
