My Rune pages are gone + sticker pages not loadable

WTF Riot. This really pisses me of. My rune pages Are gone. I just had to dodge a ranked because of that. What is happening here? I've seen multiple threads about the same issue. You don't seem to care. Give me my rune pages back and Fix that asap. Again this pisses me off... I'm also not able to load my stickers. I've read other ppl having this issue TOO. FIX THAT!

EDIT: I just recreated some and logged back in. They are gone again.
