League is outright broken right now

The client. Ive redownloaded this game 3 times today and it doesnt seem to be doing anything for me. I can hear the goddamn game BUT i cant see anything but a black screen that im forced to tab away from, ONLY THEN to show me a glimpse of the game i might be trying to play. what the hell riot.
