Relic Sheild Proc Bug

The Relic sheild passive (Execute a Minion / Get the Gold) will not always proc. (The stack doesn't "disappear") but the gold will still be given to the nearest Player. (The Gold will still be given to the players involved but the stacks will still remain on the Support) OP
