[GAMEPLAY] Mac - Visual Bug

The bug is a huge annoyance and doesn't actually affect the gameplay, it just affects the way I play the game. The highlights around EVERYTHING are not positioned right, like the pictures show. I've adjusted every setting there is to adjust, deleted and redownloaded the game numerous times, and anything else I could think of to try to fix the problem. I've run out of ideas and I really want to keep playing on my own computer instead of borrowing someone else's when I can.

So this is my third post about this same bug, I saw a few others with the same issue and I have yet to be answered about when or even IF my issue will be fixed. I emailed riot about it and all I was told to do was post it here and hope for the best. As someone who would like to continue playing league, this frustrates me quite a bit. As an active participant in this game on a regular basis, and one attempting to keep it that way but losing hope/patience, I feel like they should care more about fixing bugs. I understand theres plenty of bugs here to be fixed but if multiple people have the issue, shouldn't it be a little more important than just HOPING to get a response or an attempt to fix it? ... rant over.
