Mac Client Problems

My game has had problems for the last few patches, the outlines of characters, champs, jungle camps, pretty much anything that has an outline that lights up when you click on it or scroll over it with your mouse it's off. Completely off. I dont know how else to describe the problem. I have tried to delete and redownload league several times to fix the problem, I've also tried to adjust all the settings remotely related to the outlines of anything in the game, but nothing has fixed my issue.
