Champ Select bug - Cant' Select Champ

I can't lock in a champ during champ select. Afterwards I get a "There was a problem locking in your champion. Please try again later. And the cherry on top is that I get the 5 minute suspension as if I had dodged. Thanks for screwing me over once again Riot.
