[CRASH] Games failing to load or crash during load. Reconnection takes forver.

OK, so I logged on and tried to play a match with friends. Everything was in order until I stopped loading into the game. I was not notified of any DC until I alt+tab out of league. I got a "League Client exe. has stopped working" at least twice while attempting to reconnect for about 30 minutes. When I finally loaded I immediately noticed I was very laggy and continued like this for the rest if the game. My next games were fine until it happened to an opponent in ranked. He started lagging and DC very shortly after. It happened in the next game to two teammates and one enemy team member. They started lagging and assured me it was not their internet. Two of them disconnected; one was able to reconnect after about 5-7 minutes and the other never reconnected. I also monitored my internet during my own troubles and it was running at normal 52Mbps with no interference detected. Similar issues were occurring to me shortly after Patch 5.5 . Whatever this is, it seems to start after the last couple of patches and it seems to be happening frequently. Please fix if it's a server/client issue ASAP.
