Winning a match even though my team surrendered [Client]

After my team surrendered. In the client, the "first win of the day" mission showed as completed and gave me the rewards, the experience and blue essence. And when I looked at the top left where the status of the match is, instead of saying "Defeat", it read "Victory". I checked my match history. And there it also read as "Victory".
