The pop-up to accept to get into a match doesn't pop up.

As I waited to get into a match. The "finding match" que timer kept ticking on and on. Then the notification stating "(summoner names) has declined the que" came up, and I had to start the que all over again.. This happened to me three times before I decided to restart the client. Afterwards I had no problem.
