well, i just had a game as Quinn vs Tristana (top...) and her e still stacked up although she is blind by quin's Q. furthermore, i have blinded Khazix as well and his Q still did all the dmg. Is Quinn's Q bugged?

Khazix isn't a good example for this since his q is not an AA but an ability.
