morde ult bug

There are quite a few champions that I've experienced it with but with - it happens every time. When ults him, he cannot use his q. It just goes into cooldown and does not appear. I have a replay of that happening in all of his ults. there is no dmg, no cc and in game I did not even see any animation. It happened with other champions too but I can't point out the ability. No wonder is really strong now... he is bugged
