Auto save masteries

When you create a new mastery page during the game lobby and you barely have time to finish them, what a surprise when you notice they aren't saved, and therefore you are using a 0 point mastery page, which is worse than any wrong mastery page. So please, auto save masteries when the game starts; players won't be able to change them anyway.
