When Fiddle is standing still for at least 10 to 15 seconds the whole model stops moving complelty there is absolutely no movement at all there even is a bit of lag before he moves again. Its a bit odd.

Its intentional. He's a scarecrow. Scarecrows don't move and its not specific to the skin.
